Amoebas are unicellular organisms, while human beings are multi-cellular and the most intelligent of organisms. However, both are classified as eukaryotes. How will you justify this reasoning?

Eukaryotes just means that it has a nucleus and membrane-bound organelles. it doesn't really matter the intelligence of the creature or anything like that. However, it is more common for single celled organisms to be prokaryotes its not limited to just that.
