The nurse interprets this rhythm to be a Ventricular fibrillation. Ventricular fibrillation is a heart rhythm problem where the heart cannot pump blood which makes it serious and can cause cardiac arrest, can result to no pulse and loss of consciousness of a person. Ventricular fibrillation is diagnosed during an electrocardiogram or ECG.
