It is best for the nurse to asses this situation by providing proper medication in which could help the client to be relax and to feel secure as the client feels suicidal because of a presence of mental illness. It is best that nurse should provide the client a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor in which is an anti depressant that could medicate the client who is undergoing a stage of depression.
