(-6, 4) and 5x + 3y = 5
First solve for y on the second equation. y = -5/3x + 5/3
Then use the opposite reciprocal of the slope and get rid of the 5/3 which gets you y = 3/5x + b. Then plug in the values for x and y so: 4 = (3/5)(-6) + b once you solve this you find that b = 38/5. so the equation for the line will be y = 3/5x + 38/5
