Yes , what mathematics say that every real number has at least two factors apart from number 1 and -1.

The number zero has infinite factors.

The number 1 and -1 which is neither prime nor composite has only 1 factor i.e itself.

Prime integers has only two factors one and itself.

Non prime integers has more than two factors.

But when you say a number apart from natural, whole and integers it includes rational ,and irrational and when we combine them The set is called Real number. .So, Yes this statement is true for rational and irrational also.

So, yes Kia is not absolutely true, but if she has written the statement in this form: Apart from 1 and -1 , every number has at least two factors then it would have been a true statement.
