On a game show, there are 10 keys in a bag and 4 of the keys start a car. Suzy randomly chooses a key and it does not start the car. She returns the key to the bag and the host mixes up the keys. She randomly selects another key and this key does not start the car either.

What is the probability of this no start, no start outcome?

Write the answer as a percent.

Sample space = {key 1, key 2, ,,,key 10} = 10 possible outcome
favorable outcome {4 keys} = 4
P(starting the car) = 4/10 = 2/5 = 0.4 = 40%
P( NO START) = 1 - 0.4 = 0.6 = 60%

|\Omega|=10^2=100\\ |A|=6^2=36\\\\ P(A)=(36)/(100)=36\%
