60 seconds in 1 minute.....60 minutes in one hr....60 * 60 = 3600 seconds/hr
110/3600 = x / 2......110 km in 3600 sec = x km in 2 sec
cross multiply because this is a proportion
(3600)(x) = (110)(2)
3600x = 220
x = 220/3600
x = 0.0611 km/hr <==
