The 500 solar masses, approximately 500 MO, based on a typical mass functions on population III stars is given as the limit. Though there is no acceptable upper mass limit for stars due to the incompleteness of Galaxy survey, this solar mass limit is based on the Arches cluster as it is large enough to exceed the 500 solar masses.
