Express how you feel to the residents of your community who do not care about the enviroment

To the residents of my community, i think it would not be that hard to segregate our trashes into different bins and determine whether its biodegradable and non-bio. My point is, we should all help in alleviating the garbage problem and
we cannot always blame the government all the time.
