x = width
2x - 3 = length
2w + 2l = perimeter
2(x) + 2(2x - 3) = 210
2x + 4x - 6 = 210
6x - 6 = 210
6x = 216
x = 36
2(36) - 3 = y
72 - 3 = y
69 = y
width = 36 cm
length = 69 cm
