Who is the narrator of carl sandburg's poem "grass"?

The narrator of the poem would be the "grass" it is somehow personified in the three-stanza poem. But the interesting thing about this poem is that, the grass is technically not human since it does not have emotions, it actually tells the perspective of the grass and its surroundings.
