What happens to a molecule of liquid water when hydrogen bonds between atoms are broken?

Well, usually if many hydrogen bonds are broken within liquid water there would not be as much dipole dipole interaction with the molecules of water, they would not be as attracted to each other as much and not as much soluble properties and may even turn to gas, If enough energy is provided.
