A writer should present the reasoning and evidence in the conclusion because as the information ends, it is always likely to provide the conclusion in which it will explain and show evidences of how the information has gathered or how the information ended that way. It is a way of telling the readers the outcome of the information with the use of reasoning and evidences that has been gathered.
