Neurological has to do with the anatomical functions and organic disorders of nerves and the nervous system. Neurological conditions usually affect the brain and the spinal cord. Neurovascular has to do with anatomical functions and organic disorders of nerves and blood vessels. It pertains to both nervous and the vascular elements, it has to do with the structure and functions of the vascular and the nervous system.
