Albert Bandura, born in 1925, is a social cognitive psychologist. Albert Bandura's theory stresses the importance of cognition. It also called Social Cognitive Theory. According to this theory learning is a cognitive process and people learn from one another, via observation, imitation, and modeling. People learn by observing others and this is the main idea behind the social cognitive theory. The social cognitive theory integrates a continuous interaction between behaviors, cognitions, and the environment.
