There are actually six questions that a newspaper article should answer, and collectively, they are called Five Ws and One H.
Five Ws refer to Who, What, Why, When, and Where, and One H refers to How. These are the most important questions that any journal article should contain and thus answer - because these questions cover everything that an article should talk about.
