It is recommended that there be at least 7 square feet of work space for every person in a conference room. A certain conference room is 16 feet by 12 feet. Find the maximum number of people the room can accommodate.

16*12 = 192 feet^{2}
If each person is to have 7 square feet... then:
\frac{192}{7}= 27.4

16*12 = 192 feet^(2)
If each person is to have 7 square feet... then:

(192)/(7)= 27.4
The room can accommodate 27 people.
