One example would be that the sleep schedule of animals might be thrown off. It would be dark the whole day, so the crepuscular (dawn/dusk) animals might be a bit confused, as would the nocturnal (night) animals. Would they stay awake all "day" and all night? What about the diurnal (day) animals? Would they just not come out all day long?
