A vendor has 16 balloons for sale: 8 are yellow, 3 are red, and 5 are green. A balloon is selected at random and sold. If the balloon sold is yellow, what is the probability that the next balloon selected at random is also yellow? (7 over 15) (7 over 16) (8 over 16) (8 over 15)

7 over 15 since there is one less yellow balloon and one less balloon total
