The correct answer is - Silty loam.

The silt loam is a soil type that should contain not less than 70% of silt and clay combined, and not less than 20% of sand. This type of soil, which is part of the loam soil types, is actually the perfect soil type for the growth of pretty much every plant. The reason for the silt loam to be so productive and great for pretty much all of the plants is that it has the perfect balance, or rather combination, of silt, clay, and sand particles in it. In the nature, it is not a soil that is very common, but it is still found on sufficient amount of area around the globe.
