Nucleic acid named mRNA is the molecule that contain instructions for ordering amino acids in a protein. In plants, animals and fungal cells, the instruction for protein synthesis are found in two different locations. DNA is present in the nucleus it produces mRNA by the process of transcription. mRNA attaches with ribosome and instructs the amino acid chain to assemble in correct order to make a specific protein.
