Write a paragraph explaining how Vladimir I's conversion to Christianity affected Russia.

It didn't. People still remained mostly paganic and Christianity didn't mean much to them. Christianity started spreading a lot later when the Russians started working together with the also Christian Byzantine Empire, since the two were both supporters of Orthodox Christianity instead of the pope led Catholic Christianity.
