The body is composed of several lymph nodes located in different regions. Half of the lymph nodes of the body are found in the abdomen area. The neck also contains high concentrations of lymph nodes. These are areas that have high concentrations of lymph nodes because they respond to certain levels of stress within the body when it is not in homeostasis.
