The correct answer is a rocky mountain.

The radiant energy is absorbed and reflected differently by the sooth surface and rough surface.The dark color absorbs more radiant energy as compared to light color.

The radiant energy is reflected back mostly by the smooth surfaces and absorbed less. As compared to smooth surfaces, the rough surface will absorb most of the radiant energy.

Example is rocky mountain( dark and rough as compared to the other materials like glacier,frozen lake or waxy leaf).
