A (
Y = 1/2x - 2) would be the correct answer.
Reason 1: It has the smallest slope number out of all of them (1/2)
Reason 2: When graphed, it can readily be seen that the line with 1/2 slope is the most "flattest" or closest to being horizontal. The red line is the flattest.
