Social Democracy is a political, social and economic ideology aimed at supporting economic and social justice, as well as intervention whenever necessary within the framework of liberal democracy and the capitalist economy. It is a poltical movement that advocates a peaceful transition from capitalism to socialism by peaceful democratic means, to achieve a democratic state of well-being, using both socialist and capitalist practices. The most developed social-democratic model is the Nordic model in Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Perhaps the best social and economic model in Sweden, where since the Second World War, where the country was managed by the Swedish Social Democratic Party in cooperation with trade unions and industry.
