We are asked to solve for the angle of rotational symmetry of a given regular polygon and the formula is degrees of rotation = 360° / number of sides. In this problem, the solution is shown below:
We used n = 5 since pentagon has five number of sides
degrees of rotation = 360° / 5
degrees of rotation = 72°
The answer is the third in the choices 72°.
