In what state of matter are particles vibrating but locked in place? Gas Liquid Solid Plasma

Particles are always vibrating but solid stays in one place. Plasma is to hot and unstable, gas is free moving in the air, and liquid molds to the surrounding environment.

solid they vibrate(jiggle) but they don't move from place to place like the others
