The correct answer would be tetrahedral. When carbon bonds with four chlorine atoms, a tetrahedral shape is formed having a bond angle of 109.5 degrees. It has a hybridization of sp3. The central atom for this compound would be carbon. Other examples are CH4 and SiH4.
