The most important factor in doing this, the nurse should ensure that the unlicensed assistive personnel has understand his or her instructions and that the nurse responsible should ask the personnel that he or she assigned, to repeat the given instructions so that the nurse could ensure that the given instructions has been delivered clearly and well understood.
