it means numbers that divide nicely
so example, 15 divided by 4 isn't close, but 15 divideed by 3 are so that is

2740/67
the 67 turns to 70
and the 2740 is some multipule of 70
hmm
2740/70=274/7
lets try 274 to 273
273/7=39
so about 39
