Recently NASA has officially confirmed that Exo planets do exists and orbit other stars. Sounds like a no brainer but now we are 100% sure due to the Kepler Space Telescope. Another important discovery is that the curiosity rover on mars has discovered frozen water at the poles of Mars. Which can tell us all about the planets past and that it used to have flowing water and was once EXACTLY LIKE EARTH!! cool stuff.
