HCl = H⁺ + Cl⁻

c(HCl)=9.8*10⁻⁵ mol/l

pH=-lg[H⁺]

[H⁺]=c(HCl)

pH=-lg{c(HCl)}

pH=-lg{9.8*10⁻⁵}=4.009

pH=4.009
