We have been given the function
f(x)=-3x+7

Let us plot the graph of this linear function by finding the intercepts.

For x-intercept, plug f(x)=y=0


0=-3x+7\\3x=7\\x=(7)/(3)\\\\x=2.33

For y-intercept, plug x=0


y=-3(0)+7\\y=7

Hence, we have two points (0,7) and (2.33,0). Joining these two points we can draw the graph of the linear function. Graph is in the attached figure.
