not sure if im correct but if you multiply 24 to 16 you get 384 then  divide that by 8 to get 48 finally multiply 48 to 75 to get $3600

you will need a total of 24 + 24 + 16 + 16 meters of fence
80 total meters
80/8 = 10 sections needed
10 x 75 = $750
