my answer -

Cell division It is not mitosis. Mitosis is division of the nucleus. Mitosis can occur without cytokinesis, resulting in a multinucleated cell. Also note that prokaryotic cells divide into two daughter cells but do not do mitosis. There are more prokaryotic cells than there are eukaryotic cells, so they win.
