A. is punctuated correctly because it is the only sentence that uses correct capitalization. B does not capitalize after the "d" in "do," C does not capitalize the "a" in "at" and D does not capitalize the "w" in "where."

Honestly, I know that it is either A. or D. I would most likely go with D.
