The manifestation that could occur when the person has complete trisonomy of the twenty first chromosome is that is expected that they have their tongue mostly sticking out, there ears are lower compared to normal people, the alignment of their nasal bridge is much lower compared to normal individuals and their intelligence will range in between twenty five to seventy.
