If I understood question correctly than it's fraud at least thats one type. Fraud is when you lets say get a passport but it is not a legal passport it is fake.
Its like cheating, for one more example: you r selling a bmw but secretly its a imitation and will break within a day or two but people are buying cuz they think its a bmw that is fraud
