The probability of B, given that A has happened, P(B|A) would mean the chance of getting a brown marble after having drawn a blue one without putting the blue on back in. With the blue one missing there are only 5 marbles left in the bag (1 blue, 3 green, and 1 brown) The chances of getting that one brown marble out of the 5 in the bag is 1/5.
