the zreos are r1 and r2
then the factoref rom is
f(x)=a(x-r1)(x-r2) where a is a constant
so
and also the mulplicty is how many times it repats
so
f(x)=4(x-(-7))^2(x-7)^3
so the roots are -7 multiplictiy 2 and 7 multiplicty 3
