The statement is true. Growth hormone, ACTH, and oxytocin, along with vasopressin, luteinizing hormone, thyroid stimulating hormone and follicle stimulating hormone, are prouced in the Pituitary Gland. The posterior lobe is responsible for the release of vasopressin and oxytocin. Rest are produced in anterior lobe of Pituitary.
