It would be to add nine to each side of the equation (Option C)

x² - 6x = 15

Now half the coefficient of x then square it and add it to both sides of the equation

x² - 6x +
((6)/(2))² = 15 +
((6)/(2))

x² - 6x + 9 = 24

(x² - 3) ² = 24
