He used propaganda. He had his political party the Nazis spread propaganda all over Germany saying the Jewish were bad. Examples include Hitler blamed the Jewish for Germany's defeat during WWI. Also, Hitler said the Jewish were taking away jobs from the Aryans. Hitler's propaganda basically dehumanized the Jews and made them an object of hatred for all the other Germans.
