The rules change depending on the type of work. For long ones, you better you Italic, such as books, movies, albums, and others. For shorter parts of works or shorter works, you put the title between quotation marks, such as: poems, chapters, songs, and so on.

That's why the correct answer is:

C. Poe’s poem “The Raven” is found in the book Poe’s Collected Works.
