The answer would be D. There is very little information about how she died and the medical examiner would need to find out the exact cause of death. The other answers all have evidence to support a claim.

Answer:

D) 90-year-old female deceased at home with no external injuries

Step-by-step explanation:

Option D has no evidence as to what caused the woman's death, so this option shows a case where the coroner will have to find out and collect a lot of evidence before indicating the cause of the woman's death. The other options make clear the cause of death, so these options are not the correct answer to that question.
