Joe says shapes with the same area always have the same perimeter. Sue says you can make two shapes with the same area that have different perimeters. Who’s right?

Sue is right...

Ex. area of 40
One shape can be 8 x 5
other shape can be 2 x 20.....

perimeter is different for both
