Parallelism is a type of grammar defined by two or more phrases of clauses in a sentence that have the same gramatical structure.

For example, we can create a sentence with parallelism using gerunds.

I like reading, watching Netflix, and playing with my dogs.

They each have the grammatical structure with gerunds.
