How has NAFTA encouraged the growth of trade?

It opened up countries to trade with each other and changed regulations to support this trade. It also improved the infrastructure of trade related things like building the CANAMEX corridor. It also regulated copyrights within the three countries so as to keep the economy flowing and established a duty free system which supports trade because the exporters can pay less for it which improves the economy.

The North American Free Trade Agreement has promoted regional trades. This policy has removed tariffs in the trades occurring between Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Ultimately, economic activities have increased in these nations and they have experienced increase growth of trade.
