To find an inverse, its simple. All you have to do is switch x and y. So in this case, the inverse would start as x=3y-6. Proceed to switch y to the opposite side making it x-3y=-6. Then, move x over: -3y=-x-6. divide both sides by -3 and you get: y= (x/3)+(2)
